Each client relationship begins with a one-on-one meeting directly with Dan De Jager to explore your wishes and vision. Through this initial consultation we begin to develop the most important element of your project – the builder-client relationship. A great builder listens to you, hears you and does everything possible to grant your wishes while remaining honest, realistic and transparent throughout the process.
Dan is hands-on, onsite and personally oversees every De Jager Homes project from start to finish to ensure that the end result is beyond the exceptional standards we hold ourselves to. With his 30+ years of high quality home building and renovations expertise in roles from tradesman to designer to project manager, Dan has the know-how, creativity, and diligence to bring your dream home to life.

DESIGN & PLANNING
Do you already have a design? If yes, great! If no, depending on your budget we can connect you with architectural or design experts to begin the process. We will review the design plans together to offer some creative insights based on a technical builder’s knowledge and expertise, and explore preliminary costs with your budget and wishes in mind.
BUILDING & FINISHING
